MONDAY
Early morning ( 6:30am-7:00am )
- half a small spoon of honey with warm water
- 1 cup plain tea without sugar
Breakfast ( 8:30am-9:00am )
- 1 bowl germinated gram (ankurit chana)
- 2 apple or banana
- 1 glass of tomato soup
Pre lunch ( 11:00am-11:30am )
- 1 cup tea without sugar
- 2 cracker bread
Lunch (12:30 pm-1:00 pm)
- 1: 2 roti of mixed flour or gram, 1 bowl yogurt, 1 bowl boiled mixed green vegetable, one plate salad
- 1:2 roti of whole grain, 1 plate chicken salad,1 bowl dal tadka
(do not take potato and rice in any situation)
Evening Snacks (4:30 pm-5:00 pm)
- 1 cup vegetable mixed soup
- 2 cracker bread
- 2 salty biscuits or nankeen
Dinner (7:30 pm-8:00 pm)
- 1: 2 roti of mixed flour or gram, 1 bowl pulse (moong ), half bowl boiled green vegetable, one plate salad
During bedtime (9:30 pm)
- One glass of warm milk
