Mission

Our mission is to impact the PREK-12 grades with a new educational experience that involves daily meditation and mindfulness curricula in public and primary schools globally. The Conscious Generation’s classes are intelligently sequenced and include a mindfulness activity that facilitates focus, self-awareness, and creativity. Meditation and mindfulness in kids promote good behavior and positively affect mental health and overall well-being. We encourage children to be resilient, self-aware, compassionate, and creative.

About Our Child Psychotherapy

Little kids often have big feelings. Our commitment is to provide a safe and accepting environment for children and teens to explore those feelings. Through a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) model, patients work on developing their own goals and establish the skills and strengths to move forward in their therapeutic work.

Goals may include relieving troubling symptoms, establishing effective coping skills, improving relationships/communication with family and peers, developing problem solving/conflict resolution skills, navigating sexuality and/or gender identity, and gaining a greater sense of awareness that empowers young people to live an authentic and fulfilling life.

If you are looking for a supportive, non-judgmental, creative, inclusive and gender affirming therapist for your child, please feel free to contact us. Fee will be determined based on an affordable sliding scale. Insurance reimbursement option is available.
